Mattias is a partner in the Transaction department. His principal work areas are private M&A, private equity, venture capital, and growth investments. He advises on all types of transactions in the Nordic, representing private equity and venture capital funds, family offices, industrial players and founders.
He is among the most active M&A lawyers in Denmark in the past 10 years according to Mergermarket. Mattias graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Copenhagen in 2011. He has been a lawyer since 2014 and joined Schjødt in 2023.
