Sebastian specialises in financial regulation and has broad experience in the financial services industry. He advises both Swedish and foreign financial undertakings and their owners on various financial regulatory issues and has broad experience in matters concerning investment firms, credit institutions, payment service providers, consumer credit institutions and fund management companies.

Sebastian's expertise is particularly suitable for crypto businesses, international banking organisations, private equity funds, crowdfunding services and other market infrastructure providers, helping them progress and ensure stability in this rapidly evolving environment.

Before joining Schjødt in 2021, Sebastian was head of the financial regulatory practice at Advokatfirman Cederquist. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Uppsala University in 2014.
