Career

Prior to joining ŠELIH & PARTNERJI Law Firm in 2004, Mia worked as an expert coworker at the Bank Austria Creditanstalt Ljubljana and as a judicial trainee at the Higher Court in Ljubljana.

Mia was promoted to partner in 2012 and now heads the firm’s Banking & Finance practice. She has extensive experience in assisting Slovenian and international lenders and borrowers, including banks and other financial institutions, corporations from a wide range of business sectors and institutional investors. Mia advises on secured and unsecured term loan facilities, cross-border and local syndications, acquisition financing, real estate financing, project financing, netting opinions and other financial services.
