Nataša joined the firm in 1997 and has been a Partner since 2005. As of December 2024, she has been appointed as the firm's Managing Partner. Nataša heads the firm’s Corporate and Commercial, M&A and Competition and Antitrust departments. She is a highly accomplished legal professional with more than 25 years of experience in advising multinationals on M&A and other complex cross-border transactions, as well as corporate governance issues. Nataša is highly regarded for her expertise and has a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for her clients.
As the head of the firm’s Competition and Antitrust practice, she is also advising on all aspects of Slovenian antitrust law, including merger control, FDI, compliance, cartel and leniency issues and abuse of dominance cases.
Nataša's multidisciplinary practice includes expertise in IP matters, in particular with respect to registration of intellectual property rights, infringement prevention, and the conclusion of agreements related to the transfer of intellectual property rights.
