Miguel Cebrián is a lawyer with more than ten years of experience in banking and commercial litigation and for the last five years has been head of the litigation department in Zunzunegui Abogados. He focuses on representing companies affected by the contracting of financial products (IRS Swap, structured bonds, shares, preference shares, etc) against financial institutions. Miguel specialises in handling complex proceedings and has experience in all the stages of the civil proceeding, including extraordinary appeals before the Supreme Court, and in out-of-court settlements.
Mr. Cebrian holds both Degrees in Law and Business Management, having broad knowledge of financial regulation and a remarkable experience in civil courts. He has advised non-profit associations and has assisted in the constitution of Finsalud Foundation.
