Career
In the academic field, he has been a Professor of Civil Law in various law schools, and Assistant Professor in the Corporates Financing Course in the Master’s in Business Law (MBL), at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez. In addition, before joining Guerrero Olivos, he worked as CLO and legal counsel at international banks including Rabobank Chile, The Royal Bank of Scotland Chile (RBS) and ABN AMRO Bank Chile, and was part of the legal team of LATAM, for almost 5 years.

Guerrero Olivos advised The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group (WBG), which has approved a US$45 million financing package for Caja 18.

Guerrero Olivos advised a group of banks on the USD883M financing of two projects: a desalination plant with a capacity of 1,000 l/s, and an aqueduct in Chile. This marks the first financing in Chile for a multi-client desalination plant.

Guerrero Olivos advised Kommunalkredit, in the local-level procedures associated with the EUR40 million financing provided to Resolar for the purchase and development of a photovoltaic plant in Chile
