Nadia has vast knowledge and experience in all areas of confiscation, ranging from the old POCA regime under CJA 1988 and DTA 1994 to the current POCA legislation.
Nadia provides expert advice and assistance for both legally aided and private clients in:
• Substantive Confiscation cases at the Crown Court
• s.23 variations to the original confiscation order / Certificate of inadequacy at the High Court
• S.11 extensions of time to pay the confiscation order
• Enforcement proceedings at the Magistrates Court
