Nan Zhang is a senior partner of Landing Law Offices and a member of the Capital Markets & Asset Management department. Nan has extensive experience in capital market operations, mainly focus on initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, capital increases, mergers and acquisitions, investment and financing area. Nan has acted in both non-litigation projects and dispute resolution (including transaction disputes, corporate disputes, shareholder disputes).

Nan has served as a host signing attorney for several IPO projects and assisted clients achieved listing on the Chinese capital market. His specialty is to provide detailed legal solutions that consider all aspects of the company's equity financing, investment, business development, tax, compliance and other needs.
