She has decades of experience working with regulators and is a skilled negotiator with local government officials. Her work includes real estate development projects in downtown Seattle, city neighborhoods, and surrounding suburbs and counties throughout the Puget Sound region.
Nancy is deeply involved with many organizations, including the Urban Land Institute and Master Builders Association. She is President for NAIOP Washington State Chapter and serves on the Board of the Washington Business Properties Association.
