Nick heads up the employment law department of the firm and has over 30 years experience in employment law covering contentious and non-contentious work for employers. He takes a robust approach to dispute handling, levering for the best possible commercial outcome for clients even when the odds are against them. His clients include significant not for profit organisations in the social care, welfare and education sectors.
Qualified 1989, trained and practised in the Thames Valley, latterly at Shoosmiths from 1992 to 2002 (as regional head of employment). 2002 to date at Thomson Snell and Passmore as head of employment and equity partner since 2003. Gained ACAS certificate in internal workplace mediation in February 2016.
