Representative Matters:

Provide perennial legal advisory services for Xi’an International Horticultural Exposition Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. (“IHE Investment”) in business financing, with a total target amount of more than CNY 9 billion, which has lasted for 5 years.

Assisted IHE Investment to successfully obtain a total of CNY 7 billion in a syndicated loan, which is a typical example for syndicated financing of the urban investment enterprises in Shaanxi Province with “the largest single amount, the longest term and the lowest interest rate that is handled within the shortest time”.
