Patricio Albornoz is a Senior Associate in the Intellectual and Industrial Property Department.
Since 2011 he has been an Associate Professor at Universidad Católica Argentina and has taught courses related to intellectual property in different universities and professional associations.
His expertise encompasses contentious and non-contentious work for multinational corporations, established national businesses, as well as startups and individual artists, falling within the scope of traditional and digital business.,Strategic advising and day-to-day legal support pertaining the identification of intangible assets developed by the client´s creative departments and conjunctly designing protection and monetization strategies for these assets.
