Career

Patrick's practice focuses on estate law, construction and contract law, administrative law and human rights law. He concentrates mainly on litigation. He regularly acts before all Belgian courts, including the Constitutional Court and the Council of State). He regularly represents the Belgian State.

He has been a partner at Eubelius since June 2000. He has been a member of the Brussels Bar since October 1990 and of the Antwerp Bar since January 2004. He is currently President of the Management Committee of Eubelius.

Patrick holds a graduate degree in law from the University of Brussels (VUB) and was awarded the René Marcq award and the annual award of Tijdschrift voor Privaatrecht.

He is a former director of the Orde van Vlaamse Balies, president of its study department, and a former member of the council of the Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten in Brussels.

Patrick is the author of numerous legal articles and is a regular speaker at numerous conferences.
