He is instructed by firms around the world on behalf of major construction, engineering and energy companies, governments and state entities and, in recent years, he has acted in disputes in Europe, South America, Australia, New Zealand, UAE and Asia relating to projects arising out of large developments, hospitals, oil and gas installations (onshore and offshore) construction of roads and ships, pipe laying, tunnelling, coastal defences, utilities, chemical plants, and airport terminals.
