Paula Butterworth places importance on supporting the individual client and her aim is to work from the outset to establish a close and supportive working relationship with an emphasis on excellent customer service and satisfaction. Paula aims to assist all clients to explore the possibility of an early settlement but also has experience of taking cases to a final hearing which is sometimes necessary.

Paula trained and qualified as a solicitor in 1997 with niche high street practice Hudson Freeman Berg Solicitors in Gloucester Place, London. Paula practised exclusively in the Family Law department following qualification and gained a wide experience of all areas of family law. Paula joined Rayden Solicitors in 2008 becoming an associate in 2011 and a partner in 2015.

Paula has a wide experience of divorce, financial disputes and Children Act proceedings. She is also specialised in obtaining injunctions under the Family Law Act to protect against domestic violence and freezing orders to protect against the dissipation of financial assets.
