A sampling of his noteworthy representative matters include representing RenaissanceRe in its US$2.985 billion acquisition of Validus Re from AIG, Lincoln Financial in the reinsurance of approximately US$28 billion of annuity products to Fortitude Re, Resolution Life in a US$1.8 billion strategic transaction with Farmers New World Life Insurance Company, Athora in securing approximately €2.75 billion of equity capital commitments, and Apollo Global Management in the acquisition of Credit Suisse's Securitized Products Group.
