Piergiorgio Leofreddi is a partner in Dentons’ Milan office and he is Head of Debt and Capital Markets Group in Italy.
He has a broad range of experience advising Italian and international banks and corporates on multibillion-euro debt capital markets and structured finance transactions. These include Euro medium-term note (EMTN) programmes (and relevant trades), stand-alone bonds, retail offerings, tender and exchange offerings, and covered bonds. He also has substantial experience in regulatory issues and regularly represents clients before regulators and stock exchanges, including Consob, Borsa Italiana, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange.
