Prof. Dr. Pierre-Marie Glauser, Doctor of Law, attorney-at-law, HSG economics graduate and qualified tax expert.
In addition to his consulting activities with OBERSON ABELS SA, where he is a partner, Pierre-Marie Glauser is a professor at the University of Lausanne, in the HEC faculty. He also teaches at the University of Geneva's LLM Tax program, where he heads up two modules.
Since 2004, he has been a permanent member of the Federal VAT Advisory Board, the extra-parliamentary commission that issues opinions and recommendations on VAT administrative practices. He was also actively involved in drafting the VAT law.
Pierre-Marie Glauser's areas of specialization, both academically and professionally, focus on corporate taxation, including VAT, real estate, mergers & acquisitions, financing, financial restructuring and general corporate taxation.
