Quinten Kroes (partner) has been active in the telecoms, media and technology (TMT) sectors since 1995, advising and litigating on matters requiring his specialist knowledge of telecoms, media and data protection law. He advises a range of players in the TMT sectors, in proceedings before the Dutch Authority Consumer & Market, the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Dutch Media Commission and in court, on issues such as frequency spectrum licensing, price regulation, consumer protection and data breaches. His high profile clients include major technology companies as well as companies from other sectors that rely on IT, technology and data.

Quinten chairs the editorial board of the Dutch media and communications law review Mediaforum. Quinten co-authored Dutch and English language commentaries on the GDPR for Wolters Kluwer and Kluwer International and is the author of E-Business Law of the European Union (Kluwer International). He teaches telecommunications law as a guest lecturer at the University of Amsterdam and is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences.
