Practice Areas

Promoted to Counsel in 2021, Rachel's practice focuses on white collar defense, government investigations, and complex civil matters. Rachel was a key member of the trial team in a two-month public corruption trial that resulted in a hung jury. Rachel also has been instrumental in achieving other favorable results for LSW’s clients—including declinations, non-prosecution agreements, and cooperation agreements. The firm and its clients look to Rachel for her zealous advocacy, strategic thinking, and meticulous preparation.

Like LSW as a whole, Rachel’s white collar portfolio features a wide array of industries and issues. Additionally, Rachel’s graduate work in art history, coupled with her interest in the evolution of art law, has assisted the firm’s clients in defending against claims of patrimony law violations relating to the acquisition and marketing of antiquities.
