As Counsel at LSW, Ramya Kasturi has focused her practice on white collar criminal matters, regulatory proceedings, and complex civil litigation. Ramya has been instrumental in obtaining favorable results for clients in matters involving alleged wire fraud, FCPA violations, securities fraud, money laundering, and commercial contract disputes. She has deep experience representing non-U.S. executives in federal criminal investigations and prosecutions. For example, Ramya was a key member of a trial team in a four-week federal criminal trial defending a U.K. citizen against allegations of wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud in the foreign exchange market. Ramya brings skill, diligence, dedication, and compassion to each of her representations.
Ramya also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals in criminal and immigration-related matters.
