Raíssa Lilavati Barbosa Abbas is specialized in Insurance and Reinsurance and Judicial Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation, focused on regulatory, contractual, and litigation matters, including international and domestic cases. Raíssa represents clients in administrative, judicial and arbitration cases, as well as loss adjustment cases (including large risks) and reinsurance disputes. In addition, she advises on negotiations of coverage agreements, developments and launches of insurance products and programmes, including Matters of private pension and capitalization bonds. In business litigation practice, Raíssa leads complex cases, such as those arising from M&A operations and asset settlement discussions.
