Ramsey has a reputation for solving complex litigation problems and obtaining the results his clients need by resourcefully employing all available dispute resolution tools. His practice includes contract disputes and business torts, real estate and construction disputes, regulatory proceedings, and securities and investor disputes, including corporate divorce. Ramsey has initiated and defended against all of the situations that arise in business disputes, including commercial real estate claims, injunction requests, securities litigation, breach of contract claims, and tort claims such as fraud, negligent misrepresentation, interference with contract or business relations, breach of fiduciary duties, accounting malpractice, conversion (theft), and defamation.

Ramsey has extensive experience litigating cases in state and federal courts, as well as with arbitration, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. He enjoys working in the courtroom and excels at fashioning negotiated resolutions that save his clients the expense of litigation and the distraction from their businesses.

Prior to forming Knowles Gallant Timmons, Ramsey was a partner at one of Georgia’s top ten largest law firms where he practiced complex business litigation, securities litigation, real estate litigation and construction litigation.
