With more than 25 years of experience, Partner Rasmus Asbjørnsen is one of the most renowned litigators in Norway. His practice routinely covers a broad spectrum of cases before courts and arbitration tribunals, such as disputes within M&A, real estate, labour law, claims for compensation, consultant’s and lawyer’s liability, EU law and tax law. He has litigated hundreds of cases before courts and arbitration tribunals at all levels during his career, including the EFTA-Court, and is one of the lawyers in Norway with the highest number of civil cases to have come before the Supreme Court, having tried 16 civil cases there in the past 17 years.
