Raya advises clients on navigating high-stakes government investigations, legal and reputational crises. Raya represents Fortune 500 companies and some of the world’s most sophisticated financial institutions and energy infrastructure developers in responding to Congressional and state Attorney General inquiries and developing strategy in response to high-profile crisis situations. She has prepared numerous CEOs and other top executives to testify before committees of the U.S. Congress, participate in committee briefings or transcribed interviews.

Career

Prior to private practice, Raya served in the Obama White House and the Department of the Interior where she helped shape federal energy and climate policies.
