Career

Partner and Director of Zurbaran Abogados Ricardo Astorga focuses his practice on corporate and commercial matters, acting on behalf of a diverse client portfolio which includes companies in the real estate, biotechnology and industrial sectors.

He is a former partner of Montero Aramburu Abogados and Bufente Olivencia-Ballester. Ricardo is an Associate Professor at the University of Seville´s Corporate Law Department, a Director at Instituto de Estudios Cajasol´s Masters in Corporate Legal Consultancy, and a Lecturer at the University of Seville´s Masters in Corporate, Tax and Employment Law Master´s. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars on corporate matters.

Ricardo acts as the Secretary of the Board of Directors on behalf of prominent companies including Inmobiliaria del Sur, Metro de Sevilla, Corporación Tecnológica de Andalucía; Ghenova Ingeniería, Inerco Corporacion, etc .
