Supreme Court supports outsourcing
A resolution issued by the Supreme Court overruled a people's action brought by a union against the Labor Ministry to challenge several articles of the Regulations under the Outsourcing Law
The legislative proposal under analysis intends to have the productivity bonus subject only to Income Tax, if any, and to a reasonable quantitative limit (20% of the annual salary).
