Managing Partner. Mr. Venero takes the lead of the team designing a strategic litigation on disputes relating to Competition (antitrust and unfair competition), Anti-Dumping and Subsidies, Consumer Protection, as well as other regulatory matters. He is also actively involved in merger control cases.
Previous jobs: Senior Associate of the Competition Law, Telecommunications and Data Privacy Department at Muñiz, Ramírez, Pérez-Taiman & Olaya Abogados; Legal Coordinator and Senior Lawyer at the Tribunal of the Peruvian Institute for the Defence of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI); Associate Attorney at Priori & Carrillo Abogados. He has also worked at the Regulatory Department at Telefónica del Perú.
Master studies in Regulation of Public Services at the Universidad del Pacífico. Part-time professor at the Universidad del Pacífico and the Law School of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. The definitions of "Refuse to Deal" and "Technology Transfer," which are a part of the First Global Dictionary of Competition Law released by Concurrences, were recently written by him. June 2022
