Rodney Gomez has been in practice since 1990 in the Infrastructure and Projects (where he is currently the Head), and the Dispute Resolution Practices. He provides legal counsel across a wide range of matters including planning, development as well as the management of public-private partnerships, private finance initiatives and other related issues that arise in the area of infrastructure and construction related projects. He acts as counsel in arbitration, adjudication, conciliation, mediation and litigation matters involving construction contracts, consultancy agreements, engineering contracts, infrastructure projects, procurement contracts and project management and implementation. He also frequently acts as a Mediator, Adjudicator and Arbitrator.
