His main areas of expertise are Employment and Administrative Law. This would include advising on labour issues, industrial relations, collective bargaining, industrial actions, trade disputes, contracts of service, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, reorganisation and retrenchment, occupational health and safety, employee provident funds and social security, statutory benefits, dismissals, judicial review, administrative law and union issues. He is also actively involved in employment-related litigation, exclusively on behalf of employers, and has conducted hearings at various levels of the judicial hierarchy including the Labour Court, Industrial Court, Magistrate's Court, Sessions Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court. Aside from being a member of the Malaysian Bar, he is a Barrister-at-Law of England & Wales and also been called to the Singapore Bar.
