Rosanne Bonnici, Partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates, heads the Tax & Immigration Law Department.
Dr. Bonnici has been practicing law for close to 30 years and advises a largely international clientele, covering domestic and international taxation, also advising high net worth individuals on matters of personal taxation, corporate law, trusts and foundations. Dr. Bonnici’s team also advises on immigration law, including citizenship and residence, and related matters such as generational wealth transfers, matrimonial property regimes and succession planning.
World Tax (International Tax Review) regularly ranks the firm’s Tax & Immigration Law Department as the leading tax law practice in Malta. Dr. Bonnici was awarded the World Finance 2011 Best Tax Consultant – Malta award.
