His expertise includes transactional banking, corporate finance, debt capital markets, restructuring, receiverships, banking regulatory and compliance. Sadock regularly represents banking institutions, both domestic and international, in secured and unsecured lending transactions including syndicated lending, project finance, personal property security, derivatives and equity finance.
