Sam’s practice covers the full range of employment law. He is typically involved in complex multi-day discrimination and whistleblowing cases before the ET but also has extensive recent experience of trust and confidence dismissals by employers, trade union detriment and redundancy/wrongful dismissal claims brought in the civil courts.
Sam has been on the GLD/Attorney General’s Regional A Panel of Counsel for over a decade and regularly acts for Government Departments and Agencies. Prior to joining 42BR, Sam practised from chambers in the North East where he developed a nationwide practice.
