Sam is a veteran federal trial lawyer who has tried more than twenty jury cases to verdict. A shareholder at Kenny Nachwalter, Sam specializes in antitrust litigation, with a focus on prosecuting claims on behalf of companies that have been victims of domestic and international price-fixing conspiracies. Sam has assisted clients in obtaining substantial recoveries from cartels in a wide variety of industries including polyurethane foam, eggs, cathode ray tubes, packaged seafood, lithium ion batteries, and broiler chickens. He is currently prosecuting cartels in the pork, beef, and generic drug industries.

Career

Sam joined Kenny Nachwalter in 2013 after serving as an Assistant Federal Public Defender and as a law clerk for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan in the Southern District of Florida. Sam has also taught evidence as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami.
