Scott has been litigating complex antitrust cases at Kenny Nachwalter for more than 30 years. His work has primarily focused on the plaintiffs’ side, aiding clients to recover overcharges paid as a result of price-fixing cartels or unlawful exclusion of competition. He has represented plaintiffs in a number of generic pharmaceutical exclusion cases, including many high-profile pay-for-delay cases, and filed an amicus brief supporting the Federal Trade Commission in the Supreme Court case of FTC v. Actavis.
Career
Scott earned his B.A. magna cum laude from Harvard College, an M.A. from Princeton University, and his J.D. from Stanford University. He is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Seventh, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
