Litigation partner based in Montréal, called to the Quebec Bar and Law Society of Ontario. Seasoned litigator having appeared before all levels of Quebec courts, as well as the Ontario Court of Appeal. Practice includes all aspects of commercial litigation, including securities litigation, contractual disputes, “bet the company” litigation, shareholder disputes and class actions.
