Sarit Pandya is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Real Property and Planning Group in Toronto. He advises clients on all aspects of transactions in the commercial real estate industry, including acquisitions and dispositions across all real estate asset classes, secured financings (for both lenders and borrowers and including syndicated bank facilities, project and construction financing and traditional mortgage lending), construction and project development, and the structuring of real estate transactions (including private equity investments, partnerships, and co-ownerships and other ownership structures). He has significant experience in and has advised on transactions across asset classes, including single multifamily, industrial, long-term care, single-family, office, and hospitality properties.
