Career

Scott represents landlords and tenants in the development and lease up of shopping centers, mixed-use projects, and office space across the country. Although Scott focuses primarily on leasing, he counsels clients on a range of real estate and business transactions, and general business law.

Scott serves as UB Greensfelder’s Co-Managing Partner. In this role, he oversees the daily affairs of all the firm’s offices and leads strategic, financial, and operational matters.
