Simon’s transactions involve a variety of assets classes including residential and commercial mortgages and home equity lines of credit, energy receivables, trade receivables, auto loan and leases, purchases of loan pools and flow lending transactions. Simon is a leading lawyer in Canada’s residential mortgage securitization market and has been very involved in advising alternative and fintech lenders in securing efficient forms of capital.
