Acted as lead trial and appellate counsel in a broad range of IP cases in Ontario, British Columbia, in the Federal Courts and in the Supreme Court of Canada. Former Adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Faculty of Law where he taught Intellectual Property Law for over a decade.
