Stuart Biggs of Cloth Fair Chambers has experience representing the CPS and third parties in High Court proceedings and the Court of Appeal. His recent work includes acting for defendants in confiscation proceedings and cases concerning account freezing orders. Biggs, in addition to co-authoring Butterworths Guide to POCA, has recently advised the Law Commission on suggested reforms to confiscation law.
