Tetyana Dovgan is a Corporate/M&A Partner and a member of the CMS international private equity team.
Tetyana has a regional role and advises on complex JVs, cross-border private equity and M&A transactions throughout CEE/CIS, Europe and beyond. She has led some of the highest-profile English law-governed deals in Ukraine and many other countries (recent experience includes deals in the UK, Mexico, Romania, Serbia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Moldova, Latvia, Estonia and Kazakhstan).
Tetyana’s recent experience includes advising SALIC on the acquisition of a minority stake in MHP, an international leader in food and agri-tech; on a major joint venture transaction between Goldbeck Solar and EBRD; Vodafone Ukraine and Neqsol Holding on the acquisition of Vega Telecom; Air Products on the establishment of a joint venture with ArcelorMittal for the construction of a major air separation unit; EBRD on the acquisition of a minority stake in the Lviv M10 industrial park project; on major port joint venture transactions with DP World and P&O Maritime; EBRD, AB Invalda INVL and Horizon Capital on their acquisition of a 41.09% stake in B.C. Moldova Agroindbank S.A, Moldova’s largest commercial bank; on the USD 100 million joint venture with Cargill for the construction of a grain terminal in Ukraine’s Black Sea port of Yuzhny.
