Thelma Zindoga

Practice Areas

Thelma Zindoga specializes in employment and labour law. Her practice covers a wide range of areas, including pre-employment and hiring issues, employment agreements, workplace policies, performance management, wrongful dismissal claims, workplace violence, harassment, accessibility, and occupational health and safety. Thelma also provides advice on employment matters related to commercial transactions and litigation. Additionally, Thelma advises employers on privacy law compliance.

Thelma is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Vancouver Bar Association, Canadian Association of Black Lawyers, Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers, and The Advocates' Society. She is often invited to speak on employment law topics and also regularly writes on such topics.

Thelma is also an alumni of the United Nations Association-Canada International Development and Diplomacy Internship Programme.
