Recent work: Acted in the leading Schedule 1 jurisdiction case of Re C (a child) [2021] EWFC 32; and in NN v AS & Others, a case where a husband’s Egyptian wife was falsely claiming that the husband was worth £100 million (based on marital lifestyle), whereas the court ultimately found that the husband himself was worth only £340,000 and that the c.£10 million of English properties registered in the husband’s name, and claimed by the wife, were in fact still owned by his father and/or sisters.
