An experienced trial lawyer, Tim has over twenty years experience as a business litigator and arbitration counsel, representing public and private companies, financial institutions, sovereign states, and directors and officers in significant commercial litigation, international arbitration, class actions and regulatory matters. He is recognised by leading legal directories.
