Victorino has extensive experience advising clients on labour matters as well as in public affairs, and is ranked as a leading labour expert in Venezuela. Victorino is currently ranked as “Band 1” by Chambers and Partners (Venezuela Labour and Employment rankings) and as a “Leading Lawyer” by The Legal 500 (Venezuela Labour & Employment Rankings). Victorino studied law at Andrés Bello, Caracas (JD cum laude, 1991) and Harvard Law School (LLM, 1994). He is currently a professor at the Andrés Bello Catholic University.
