Vladimir has broad experience and a stellar track record with all types of local and cross-border corporate transactions such as M&As, reorganizations and restructurings, corporate finance, PE investments, where he covers share and asset mergers, demergers and business separation, legal and financial analysis of a company’s capital and equity structure and reorganization of a company’s legal forms, tax aspects, unbundling and restructuring of acquired enterprises.

Vladimir has handled many of the firm’s most important transactional mandates and has considerable expertise in the telecom, energy, banking, and finance sectors.
