Work Highlights

Wei Sun hosted the Shanghai "CCTV International Media Port" M&A project, which is the acquisition of the original "Shanghai Dream Center" project developed and constructed by Shanghai West Bank Development (Group) Co., Ltd. by a wholly-owned subsidiary of China International Television Corporation, and transformed into a "Shanghai International Media Port", as the location of the Yangtze River Delta headquarters and Shanghai main station of China Central Radio and Television Station, was rated as one of the "Top Ten New Landmarks in Shanghai". As the legal consultant of the project, the lawyer participated in the negotiation, drafting and signing of the follow-up supplementary agreement of the project merger and acquisition, and legal affairs such as the transfer of assets, and provided legal guarantee for CCTV to successfully receive the merger and acquisition assets.

Wei Sun is in charge of the commercial real estate project of "China Resources Shanghai Mixc City", which is an international urban complex project. It is located on the Ziteng Road Station of Metro Line 10. A cluster of Grade A office buildings, consisting of 30,000 square meters of international boutique hotels, with a total volume of 530,000 square meters, is the largest high-end commercial complex project in Shanghai. The lawyer issued legal opinions on the cooperation plan in the process of investment cooperation of the project, provided legal advice on the handling of the adjacent relationship with the municipal infrastructure project in the process of construction of the project, and currently provides daily legal services for the project, including the review of previous investment legal documents, etc.

Wei Sun is in charge of the "Shanghai Hongqiao Comprehensive Transportation Hub" project, which covers various rail transportation facilities such as highway, intercity high-speed railway, maglev transportation, urban rail transit, as well as public buses, long-distance buses, taxis, parking lots/garages, etc. The project is the first comprehensive transportation hub in Asia. Wei Sun is responsible for the land reserve and corporate investment and financing legal affairs of the project.

Wei Sun is in charge of the "Shanghai Pudong International Airport Phase 4 Expansion Project", which is a major project in Shanghai and has started on January 4, 2022, It mainly includes six major projects including terminal area, flight area, passenger rapid transit, municipal facilities, Xindong cargo area, and auxiliary facilities. After completion, it is expected to meet the needs of Pudong Airport's annual passenger throughput of 130 million in 2030, providing a basic guarantee for benchmarking the world's outstanding cities and building a world-class international aviation hub. Wei Sun serve as the perennial legal counsel of the Shanghai Airport Construction Headquarters, providing daily legal services for the Shanghai Airport Group to develop and construct two major international airports.
