William Hays regularly advises companies, individuals and prosecuting authorities with regard to money laundering cases and in civil recovery and confiscation proceedings. He represents clients at all levels, including before the Supreme Court, and is highly active in international cases. Hays is a contributor to Blackstone’s Criminal Practice on the subject of POCA.
