He is also an experienced professional in competition law, with an extensive expertise in antitrust investigations, merger controls, consumer protection and industry regulation.
In addition to his legal career, Yi Shin holds a tenured position as a Professor of International Law at the University of São Paulo, as a leading scholar in the field of international trade. He has an extensive record of publications in peer-reviewed journals and specialized publishers in this field, including the Journal of World Trade, Kluwer Law International and Oxford University Press.
